Bloom's role

The Bloom Charter is stewarded — not owned — by Bloom Ministries, a trans-led, disabled-led 501(c)(3) faith-rooted nonprofit (EIN 39-4922713) founded October 17, 2025 in Salem, Oregon. Stewardship means Bloom maintains the platform, guarantees the permanence of the public record, and holds final ratification authority — while binding itself to the same rules as everyone else. No Bloom account, including the founder's, can edit the Constitutional Core outside the public Amendment Process.

Stewards hold the sole publish authority in every tier, ratify amendments, approve Reviewer applications and organizational endorsements, and can suspend accounts — every one of those actions is publicly logged on the Revisions page.

Accountability Reviewers

Approved community members who review every suggestion and issue recommendations — advisory by design, because no role publishes unilaterally. Every change in every tier goes live only on a Steward's approval. The role, its commitments, and the public roster live on the Reviewers page.
