Born of the Chartists, built for now
In 1838, the People's Charter put six demands on one sheet of paper and gathered three million signatures. Parliament rejected it three times — and nearly all of it became ordinary law anyway. The Bloom Charter takes that inheritance and removes the waiting: it is self-amending, publicly audited, and addressed to everyone rather than to a legislature's permission.
